What sets us apart from the rest is how we design our training programs to tailor the specific quips and quirks of each dog that stays with us. Your dog staying with us throughout the entire program allows us to really get to know them so that we can create a genuinely effective program that suits their personality and needs. This involves a variation of both physical and mental tasks and activities so that your dog’s mind and body work in sync, for truly transformative results. Whether you would prefer your dog to stay in our top-of-the-range kennels or a domestic stay, the choice is up to you.
Residential dog training is obviously very effective, but it’s not for everyone – with logistic and financial difficulties for various people and families. We want to provide dog training services for everyone, which is where our one to one sessions come in. These are flexible, are still bespoke to the needs of you and your dog, and are still led by our experienced and attentive trainers. These sessions lay the groundwork for a better relationship and understanding between you and your dog by working with you both at the same time. Please note that for optimal results, multiple sessions may be required.
Most clients prefer to come to our training facilities for one to one training, but if you cannot, please feel free to enquire about a home visit instead. Please note that depending on the location of your home, surcharges may be required.
We also offer dog day training for those on a budget. This is an excellent alternative to our other training programmes, where your dog will spend a full day in the very safe hands of our exceptional dog trainers. Despite the fact that the results, of course, may not be as striking as with our methods, these sessions do still see surprising results, picking up useful and maintainable skills that make a real impact.
The first key advantage of dog day training is socialisation, which is one of the most vital things a dog can learn. On these day training sessions, your dog will socialise with a broad range of other dogs, learning how to effectively interact with them and how to behave around them. This will make those long dog walks so much easier, as you don’t have to keep that lead so tight!
In our dog day training, our trainers also cover general obedience training to teach your dog important manners and skills that last when they come home. This includes basic commands, keeping their attention, and when to switch on, and when to switch off. This will make a major impact in ensuring your dog is better behaved both in the home and outside the home.
